Eyecare Advantage Program

The Eye and Vision Center is pleased to offer you this exclusive eyecare program as an alternative to a traditional vision insurance plan. We offer you the discounted prices that the insurance companies pay, but with no administrative fees or monthly insurance charges. Your employees and their families will all benefit from this great discount plan.

When you enroll in the program, you may elect to pay for any of the different features of the program for your employees or have your employees pay for their own exams and eyewear using the program's discounted rate.

Payment is simple too. We will keep a record of the payment plan you have chosen and will either bill you or call for a credit card or check when your employee orders.

  • Comprehensive eye exams at a 40% discount
  • Dress eyewear at a 25% discount
  • Second pair dress eyewear at a 30% discount (same day only)
  • Prescription and non-prescription sunglasses at a 25% discount
  • Discounted safety eyewear packages (see Safety Plus Program for pricing)
  • Contact lens fittings at a 20% discount
  • Contact lenses at a 10% discount
All you need to do is follow these steps:
  1. Set up an account with The Eye and Vision Center by completing the enrollment form or by calling 918-376-4100.  We will walk you through the options and help you determine the level of coverage you want to provide for your employees. You are not charged to set up your account. We can also meet with you in person if you prefer.
  2. Inform your employees of your new vision plan.
  3. Your employees will set up appointments for their eye exams at The Eye and Vision Center themselves, and order eyewear at their convenience. To receive their discount, all they need to do is identify themselves as part of your company.
  4. We will follow the pre-arranged payment plan. There are 3 options:
  1. We will call you for payment by check or credit card before the order is processed,
  2. We will bill you monthly for your employee’s eyewear and eye exams, or
  3. We will charge the employee your discounted rate for their eye exams and eyewear.
