Safety Plus Program

This exclusive program is designed to provide small to medium-sized businesses with a no cost, easy-to-administer, safety eyewear program for their employees.

When you enroll in the program, you may choose to pay for the safety eyewear for your employees or have your employees pay for their own safety glasses using the program's discounted rate. As an added benefit, your employees will automatically be entitled to our Eyecare Advantage Program discounts.

If you enroll in the Eyecare Advantage Program, you may elect to help your employees pay for their eyecare or just have them take advantage of the program discounts for their exams, dress eyewear and contact lenses.

Payment is simple too. We will call you for a credit card or check as soon as your employee orders. For higher volume companies, we can bill you monthly.

All you need to do is follow these steps:
  1. Set up an account with The Eye and Vision Center by completing the enrollment form or by calling 918-376-4100.  We will walk you through the options and help you determine the level of coverage you want to provide for your employees. You are not charged to set up your account. We can also meet with you in person if you prefer.
  2. Inform your employees of your new vision plan.
  3. Your employees will set up appointments for their eye exams at The Eye and Vision Center themselves, and order safety eyewear at their convenience. To receive their discount, all they need to do is identify themselves as part of your company.
  4. We will follow the pre-arranged payment plan. There are 3 options:
  1. We will call you for payment by check or credit card before the order is processed,
  2. We will bill you monthly for your employee’s eyewear and eye exams, or
  3. We will charge the employee your discounted rate for their eye exams and eyewear.

The Eye and Vision Center offers this program with no up-front fees and no ongoing administrative fees to keep your account active.

We have a great selection of safety frames for your employees to choose from. Your options will include the very basics, for those on a budget, to stylish wrap around frames with interchangeable lenses that can be purchased with sunglass lenses. Our safety eyewear has optional permanent or removable side shields depending on the level of hazard your employees encounter.

A one-year limited warranty is included.
